How are you guys? I believe you are in good healthy with beloved once. For a long time, I have not been able to create important content about gardening and cultivation because I have not had the opportunity to do cultivation work in gardens. But the desire for farming still remains in me. As a person who loves the environment, I hope to have a productive garden because it gives us mental health, nutritious and fresh food and saves money in the wallet. With good dedication and proper maintenance, you can make a fertile garden. As working people we are very busy but elderly parents have enough time for farming. Therefore, most of the elderly people in our country are interested in farming. Both my parents and my wife's parents spend their free time working in the garden. When we went there the other day, we saw that all the old crops had been removed and new plants had been planted. Before that, proper measures had been taken to make the soil fertile.

The wife's mother is also very interested in growing flowers and beautifying the garden, so she had planted various flower plants. Anthurium plants were the most common among them. Plants of several species of green chilies with small pods, used by Sri Lankans to add spiciness to food, were grown in black wax covers. The appetizing as well as flavor of many nutritious foods is enhanced by the application of chilies. When grown slightly above this size, the yield is given in bunches. When the leaves of these are eaten by snails, the growth of the plant stops and it becomes depressed, so it should be carefully observed.

Like okra, this vegetable is called lady finger and is very tasty and nutritious. These also produce pods at small plant level. These plants can be planted even in a garden with a small space. Okra seeds can be planted and harvested several times in a few days. I have also presented how to prepare okra several times in different ways as recipe content. Some children do not like these because they are sticky in nature.

Most people living in the world like to eat tomatoes. A vegetable rich in vitamin C, this is a vegetable that can be grown in a garden. After planting tomato seeds, plants can grow in a few days and with proper maintenance, a successful harvest can be obtained. Happily, some tomatoes have grown in the garden of the wife's parents. These should be separated only after they turn yellow or red. It is a pleasure for us to see the results of their dedication. When tomatoes are harvested, fruits are produced in pods on the branches.

A type of protein-rich vegetable called winged beans was seen on one side of the garden. Winged beans are a type of vegetable that can be grown all year round and get a successful harvest. These pods are elongated and green in color. It should be protected from parrots during the flowering period. A few flowers had already appeared. These pods continue to grow during harvest. Winged beans should be grown from seed like other vegetables.

There was another vine growing in this garden that produces pods called long beans. Long beans are a very tasty vegetable. Overcooking these can destroy the nutritional value. Necessary measures must be taken for vines to grow up. These pods are abundant during the growing season.

Another delicious vegetable called turkey berry was coming into harvest. These are also prepared by Sri Lankan housewives in delicious variety. My mother-in-law took some of the turkey berry harvest and made a stew. These trees are completely destroyed after a year.

A new leaf species called Kangkun has been planted in the place previously reserved for the leaf species known as Gotukola. Kangkun can also be prepared very deliciously. In most places water sources are rapidly spreading along the ground like vines. These days it is raining heavily so it spreads more.

A few betel vines were planted in a pot at a corner of the garden. The distribution of these should not be given much attention. Self-growing betel vines can be used to generate income.

Below that, some turmeric plants, which are used to flavor food, have grown like a bush. Ripe turmeric tubers grow slowly and grow above the ground after digging holes under the ground. Turmeric tuber is crushed and used to flavor food. My mother-in-law does not buy turmeric powder from the market. It is a reason to reduce costs.

A few ginger plants, which are used to flavor tea and food, were to be seen beyond that. These are also planted and harvested in the same way as turmeric. In fact, ginger is sold at a high price in our country's market, so growing it in a garden is beneficial.
