After two weeks I'm back here. What's up Hivers? I really hope you are doing very well right now. Architectural exploration is a beautiful subject in a way. I am more interested in studying that subject because I get to identify the anomalies seen in those elements. It has been a long time since I have had the opportunity to post any content on architecture in this community. But it should be noted that this architectural exploration came about by chance. However, the opportunity to present this content arose today when my little daughter was admitted to a hospital due to some discomfort. There, I would like to present through this content the beautiful architectural elements that I saw while going to the hospital through a channel of a specialist doctor. It is a famous hospital located in the city of Galle called the Cooperative Hospital.

The Cooperative Hospital located on the Galle Wakwella Road was only on one side of the road ten years ago. But later, the Cooperative Hospital was built in a large building complex on both sides of the road. In fact, this has provided space for a larger number of patients to receive residential treatment. Since many specialist doctors from the southern province come to this Cooperative Hospital, it is convenient for a patient with any type of disease to come to this hospital and get their diseases treated and receive specific treatment. It can be noted that the necessary environment has also been prepared by this administration. In particular, the halls prepared for residential treatment have been built with facilities suitable for patients.

The presence of various lines on the floor tiles in such a way that doctors at the Cooperative Hospital can move in the order they arrive at the counters for channeling and making payments prevents unnecessary chaos in the hospital. This can be mentioned as a very special work. In addition, the fact that iron benches have been made in front of the rooms where various specialist doctors enter, makes it more convenient for patients. Therefore, it can be mentioned as a special work done by the administration of the Cooperative Hospital itself that a patient can spend time freely at any time. Also, the inside of the rooms where the specialist doctors stay is covered so that it is not visible.

There are many elevators in this cooperative hospital for patients who have difficulty walking to reach the upper floors. In addition, it is important to note that fire extinguishers are installed on each floor for emergencies. Although this hospital is fully air-conditioned, fans have been installed in necessary places to provide the patients with the necessary ventilation. Many CCTV cameras are operating in this hospital. In addition, the lights are arranged in a way that the light spreads from the ceiling downwards, which brings more brightness. It should be noted that the white color of the walls and the white color of the lights also provide more comfort to the patients.

The Cooperative Hospital has also provided facilities for patients to sit comfortably on a bench and watch television if the doctors' arrival or treatment is delayed. This provides more space for the patient's comfort. In addition, stairs to the upper floors are also located on each floor, so there is no need to wait for an elevator. Therefore, it should be noted that this hospital provides more space to save time for those who come to it. The safety of the stairs to the upper floors has also been well ensured. In addition to the non-respiratory benches, a sofa has also been set up here, allowing the patient to lie down comfortably.

Before the renovations at the Galle Cooperative Hospital, the parking facilities were not adequate. However, specialist doctors had been provided with parking facilities. However, it is only recently that parking facilities have been provided for visitors. This is of greater benefit due to the heavy traffic on the Wakwella Road. In addition, it is worth noting that the parking area of the Cooperative Hospital plays a more important role as there is no opportunity to park vehicles on both sides of the road.
