EN Hello dear Liketu community. This is me, Cat. I am from Guatemala and I love photography. I take pictures with my Samsung phone and also with my DLSR Nikon camera. I will be sharing them on here and practicing my writing with the captions that will go along with them. On this particular intro post I want to reflect on gratitude and how important this practice is to me. Not neccesarily because I am the best at practicing it but because again and again it helps bring me back to a more aware and healthy state of mind. It is a practice that definitely helps apeace my soul. This portrait of me reminds me about giving thanks. And I want to say thank you to my partner who took this nice picture of me. Thank you sun for creating light and letting something like photographies stem out of it. Thank you life for allowing me to visit and rturning to places. Thank you for the delicious food we ate when this photo was taken. And thank you for being here for reading me and giving me a piece of your time and attention

Las compartiré aquí y practicaré mi escritura con los pies de foto que las acompañarán. En esta entrada en particular quiero reflexionar sobre la gratitud y lo importante que es esta práctica para mí. No necesariamente porque sea la mejor en practicarla, sino porque una y otra vez me ha ayudado a volver a un estado mental más consciente y saludable.
