I will not be afraid of the pathos of the expression, but it is the "heart of Great Britain". Although we still remember from school that "Big Ben" is a "large bell" located in the tower, we still consider the 96-meter tower itself to be Big Ben. The clocks located on the four sides of the tower are the most accurate in Great Britain. The first strike of the bell coincides with the first second of the beginning of the hour.
