Burning Fish

Hi all!!!

On this occasion I want to explain about Burning Fish. This afternoon I helped my parents to burn the fish at home and it just so happened that there were still a lot of coconut shells to be used for grilling this tuna. Grilled fish is also very liked by people at home because it tastes good, especially when it is grilled once a week.

After collecting all the coconut shells, then I looked for Honda tire rubber that was no longer used so that it was easy to start the fire. Then I arrange the coconut shells so that they are neat and the charcoal is also easy to move later. This fire is also quite difficult to start because the coconut shells are still wet from the rain.

As time goes by the fire is burning little by little and I feel happy because for almost 15 minutes the fire won't light up whether I'm stupid I can't start the fire or the shell is wrong hahaha. Burning fish is also one of my hobbies.

Because I really like grilled fish using special spices like those at home to eat and but the seasoning parents make this is very different because it has its own special cuisine. Before burning the fish, we wrap it with banana leaves so that the results will be beautiful.

After taking the finished charcoal, I put the fish on top with a little fan so that the fire doesn't go out and the results of today's grilled fish are as you can see in the photo and today's grilled fish are only 2 wives because people at home are busy at work and I just live with my mother at home.

After the fish is ready to be served then my mother makes a concoction of spices such as tomatoes, soy sauce and sweet soy sauce, chilies and onions. After the seasoning was ready, we enjoyed the grilled ikam this afternoon with my mother and it tasted really good.

It looks so tasty. As a child, on special occasions, we were preparing the food outside, on fire, but we didn't have banana leaves to wrap the fish or meat in it. Must be a lot better when it is wrapped!

yes, that's right, we use this banana leaf so that we don't get charcoal dust when we fan it and we definitely have our own characteristics for cooking, thank you for stopping by my post again, I really appreciate it

Grilling fish is very exciting, especially if you do it when we are on vacation to places where there is natural beauty. And in addition to grilling fish, we can also grill chicken. 😅

Wow i like barbeque type making fish and also chicken and mutton. Barbeque smoke are give different test for this fish I know this
