Morning At The Train Tracks
I was lucky to have seen the sun almost shining above this busy rail track. It was only around 6 AM but the station was pretty busy. This one station is where mostly the slowest train departs and arrives. Because it’s pretty economical, the place is kept pretty much open, unlike the main station where almost everything is covered and roofed. It is pretty simple and less exclusive than the main station but I begin to appreciate the sights that I am seeing around here. Somehow, it’s a lot more lively than the other stations.
At the time, I was traveling with my uncle and my cousin, while they were looking for breakfast, I excused myself to capture these pictures. I certainly wouldn’t miss this beautiful experience and it’s also a rarity when I get to see the sun shimmering so beautifully like that. Unfortunately, I am also not tall, so I can’t really lift the camera up high so I could capture the sun just above the steel pillars.
I also took a few pictures from another side. I slid my camera under the cracks of the wall that was purposely kept open. Perhaps they keep this wall a little low so people who love taking pictures of the train could do that. I mean, there are train enthusiasts all over the country and in this province, they have a few unique train operations, like the one with batik carved on it.
Typically, my camera captured this moment during sunset, so it was pretty nice to see it early in the morning and being able to capture this awesome moment. I recently traveled a lot by train and each station has its own signature. There are some stations in the country that are just filled with historical items because during colonialism, the railway was the main means of transportation connecting java.
I took a few more pictures before joining my uncle and cousin for breakfast. It was also the day when I eventually moved out of this province and I am glad that it was beautiful sights that I got to see.

Greetings @macchiata, I hope you are well, congratulations for the good captures you made are very good, I liked how you see that sun between the structure and the lines generated very good tension the composition.
I am also glad you achieved your personal goals, I wish you the best of days, thanks for sharing this post.
Yes! but I really wished it was totally clear and no structures around it. Thank you for checking this one out :)
I thought you included a post link on X about the workplace but it was a thread :) so I just headed over here to read other stuff instead :)
Loving the sunset pictures! Remember you sharing the almost full moon, we had it in full glory in sight from our balcony, above the sea. It was breath-taking sadly I could not capture it the way it looked on any phone, but I managed to get a zoomed in one on my old phone, which I will share tomorrow I think.
PS great job on the work setting, here it's a garden chair which brought me relief after a nightmare "office" chair (which was quite expensive) and later another cheap garden chair. Now I'm good for the time being.
Wishing you a great week ahead!
hehehe I'll be only making the post once it's fully set up. I am still cleaning my room and a lot of things needed to be done. So, right now just sharing the snippets at my X and later on, I'll make a full post on it on my blog. Also, please share the pictures because I love the moon and seeing it from other place would be really nice.
Makes sense! I hope you have the workplace set up done rather sooner than later.
My boyfriend has a desk he can move up and down and he needs a bigger one as he needs 3 screens instead of 2, once we have funds for that, I will get his desk which my back will probably thank me for.. Until then, it is what it is ;)
I will try to get the moon pics from my phone today or tomorrow because those on the old phone are better. Yet none of the pictures had the warm orange colour that we witnessed in real life, I tried every setting, it's annoying as can be lol.
Stay tuned in the next days I hope to get it online..
Your photography skills are amazing. I love the sunset pictures the most ❤️
Have an amazing day ✨
They are actually sunrise! Though they look like sunset maybe because it's starting to get colder where I am at. Also, thank you for checking out :)
Wow! That's beautiful. I think so too coz it looks like sunset photos
Despite this place being a public transportation hub, the ambiance still looks calm. Maybe it's because it's still early in the morning and there are fewer people, but where I live, it's always busy and stressful. 😂
Do you have a favorite photograph from this trip? If so, why is it your favorite?
it was actually busy and stressful haha but around that area was pretty calm and quiet since it's mostly the parking lot area too. But inside the station it was a little chaotic. I do have a few photos of my favorite but they were on the posts hehe. Thanks for checking out :)
Oh, okay. I thought the entire station was calm and quiet. 😅 Still, it doesn’t change the fact that you captured beautiful photos!
Keep up the good work. 👏
You deserve the best. 💪
