There were all sorts of flower at the house of flowers. It was like a heaven for photographer who enjoys taking close-up flower pictures or just using flower as an extra props. The flowers were blooming beautifully and the colors were so vivid. Here are some of my shots that I took there but if you want to read my story, you can go over here Santerra de Laponte. Also, apparently photographing flower is a great exercise for a noob and amateur like myself which is why I always love it when I visit a flower park/ natural sights in general.Although that day was cloudy and rainy so I didn't get that beautiful light that I wanted. I settled for natural lighting that makes this flowers look a bit fitting for the somber mood of September through December. Let me know which one is your favorite!

The flowers look fantastic! It has a different mood so maybe taking photos of them not in the sunny light that we always see sets a different mood and it's nice!
Most of them are yellow?
Is yellow your favorite color? 😅

@wittyzell haha not at all. It was just in that place they have more yellow than any other color. In the end, I got marigold and yellow Chrysanthemums. Also because it was slightly dark and somber, yellow Chrysanthemums stand out the most than the others😊 What's your favorite color?

Yellow is bright and seems cheerful so if it's dark and gloomy, it will give color. 😅
My favorite color is ....actually I'm also not sure anymore.
But I like white flowers. In your post, I like the first one the most. It's not white but I like its color and how you took its photo.

Flowers are just delights for our eyes, nature’s color palette. Stunning!

Indeed! I wish I could stay there and took more pictures. Sadly foot traffic was bad in that place and also raining. Rainy days makes me lazier and also gloomy overall.

Gloomy weather makes for the best photography in my eyes. But some moments are just fleeting and not to get too philosophical but some moments does not want to be captured.

It's really a sight for a photographer especially for a wanna be like myself also to be able to capture those gorgeous flowers.
The first one stands out among them. I really like it's design between those petals.

It feels like not captured by noob, look likely shot by a pro.

I also feels like there always something when your subject are flowers, petals and leaves feels gives a story hehe. I once have plant like that the yellow one, we brought the flower from shop and when it wilt I transferred the stem to the soil, and glad it blooms its leaves.

Sadly the plant maybe reached its senescence. Never gives back leaves again.

I just started photography around last year, so atm it's less than a year. Still totally noob because I haven't learned much of techniques. Since I got two of them, I just hope they won't wither easily! Also, I really enjoy reading your mushroom posts, they're so helpful.

Definitely agreed. I'm also a noob photographer and I love taking photos of flowers. They look amazing.

My favourite is the 3rd one. I love pink and purple colours in flowers.

The second and fifth photos stood out for me and those flowers can be found in my grandma's garden. I used to pick it up and just count how many petals it has. And my grandma would yell at me. It was just funny looking back on those memories. Thus, photographing the flowers lightened our moods. !PIZZA
