Little friends
Hello to all Photography Lovers,
I uploaded some of my recent macro shots with bees and a hoverfly. I resized the images before uploading, so they may look a little bit blurry.
To be honest, I am very new to macro photography and I have learnt a couple of things already. Let me share my lessons learned with you.
First one is; putting your camera in burst mode is not something that makes you lazy (I used to think like this), instead it gives you the opportunity to capture some fast changing scenes, in a meaningful frame. One example is the first picture below. As you can see there are two bees and the flying one looks like it is escaping from the arena, after a fight maybe :)
And the second thing is; coming back to home after the shoot, sometimes I search online the common names of insects, bugs or flowers. And it is my bad that I always thought the fly in the last picture, is a kind of a bee. But I learned that it is a hoverfly.
Last point that I can mention, is changing my angle of view. Before I used to get scared of bugs. I was irritated whenever I hear any bee buzzing or see a bug crawling on the ground. But now, they dont even disturb me when I try to focus on their eyes. I dont have much fear left now. Somehow I see myself more as a part of the nature. I started to respect the tiny world, within our world.
Well long story short: sometimes you never know where the opportunity to improve is… So I try to be open. Hope you like the shots below.
All the best.
