3 shots of agriculture fields and 3 shots of minarets
Tekirdağ and Edirne, two cities from the thrace region of Turkiye and each place offers a different atmosphere. My first three pictures are shot in the countryside of Tekirdağ, where the bright yellow canola fields stretched across the landscape. Together with the fresh green fields, they created beautiful layers of color that immediately caught my attention.

One of the first photographs shows a power pole standing in the middle of the canola fields. In the distance, an industrial facility, actually it is a power plant, appears on the horizon. I liked the contrast between the colorful farmland and the signs of industry as well as symbolical continuum of electric lines above the power plant. It is a scene that feels very familiar in this part of Tekirdağ, where agriculture and modern infrastructure exist side by side.

Not far away, I found a farmer working with a blue tractor. Watching the tractor move slowly across the field was peaceful. The green fields, the freshly turned soil, and the yellow canola in the background made the landscape feel full of life. From another angle, the tractor passed beside a small group of trees, creating another simple countryside moment that I wanted to keep.

Next three is from Edirne. As the sun was setting, the city changed completely. The warm evening light covered the streets, and a thin layer of dust became visible in the golden glow. In the distance, the silhouette of a mosque stood proudly above the city. It was one of those short moments when the light transforms everything around it.

I also spent some time around the Selimiye Mosque from different viewpoints. The statue of Mimar Sinan in front of his greatest masterpiece is always impressive to see. No matter how many times I visit Edirne, I always discover another composition that I had not noticed before.

The final photograph was taken from a small vegetable garden. A man was quietly working the soil while another mosque rose in the background. I really liked the connection between laborious life and such a religious piece of architecture.

I hope you enjoyed these moments from Tekirdağ and Edirne.
All the best...

Why the first photo is so beautiful, almost like a painting in a big canvas. But actually, It's not that hard to like all 6 of the photos because the shots are so gorgeous. You really captured the beauty of that place. Lovely!!
