Hay días que no se miden en horas, sino en la intensidad de los colores y la calidez del sol sobre la piel. Estas imágenes son el resumen de uno de esos momentos donde decidí silenciar el ruido del mundo para escuchar únicamente el susurro de las olas y dejar que el horizonte dictara el ritmo de la tarde.

​Hay algo profundamente sanador en caminar por la orilla, sentir la arena húmeda bajo los pies y dejar que la brisa se encargue de despeinar no solo el cabello, sino también las preocupaciones. Estar frente a la inmensidad del mar nos recuerda lo pequeños que somos, pero también lo conectados que estamos con la naturaleza y su energía renovadora.

​Me detuve un momento a observar nuestra sombra proyectada en la arena, esa silueta compartida que nos recuerda que estamos presentes, que estamos aquí y ahora. Esos pequeños detalles, como el brillo del agua bajo la luz del sol o el contraste de mis pies fundiéndose con la espuma blanca, son los fragmentos de realidad que realmente valen la pena documentar y atesorar.

​There is something deeply healing about walking along the shore, feeling the damp sand beneath your feet, and letting the breeze take care of disheveling not just your hair, but your worries as well. Standing before the vastness of the sea reminds us of how small we are, yet how connected we stay to nature and its renewing energy.

​I paused for a moment to observe our shadow cast on the sand—a shared silhouette that reminds us that we are present, that we are here and now. Those small details, like the shimmer of the water under the sunlight or the contrast of my feet merging with the white sea foam, are the fragments of reality truly worth documenting and treasuring.
