Coffee at the top of the mountain

Warm regards to you all; I hope you are all keeping well. Here I am again, back with you all to share my experiences with this wonderful community. Today I’d like to tell you another story from my walks to one of Venezuela’s most beautiful mountains: Terepaima National Park.

As it’s been a bit chilly this week, the group of friends decided to head up to Terepaima National Park, but to a lower-lying area, to spend some time together and enjoy some coffee and pastries.

We agreed on who would make the coffee, who would bring the cups and who would bring the sweet bread. Once we’d agreed, we got everything ready to take with us and set off on our walk.

As always, we enjoyed spending time together with our friends. With the cool weather and the mist, we shared lots of funny stories that made us laugh and brought us closer together.

Along the way, we came across some plants that the local community had planted there. It is a very special place for all of us who live in the area, as one of the local walkers passed away there.

We then came to a flat area that was perfect for sitting down to enjoy our snack; as we laughed, we took photos to capture the wonderful moment we were experiencing, filled with laughter and joy.

We had a truly special afternoon, as the weather was lovely. We spent a lovely afternoon with our friends, accompanied by the coffee that’s always a must.
