Thanks for stopping by. One of the things I find most fascinating about wheat is its color—and perhaps that is precisely why the photos turned out so well. As it ripens, it gradually shifts from green to golden yellow, and when entire fields reach maturity, the landscape seems to transform into a vast expanse of gold.
Hi Lu, Speaking of wheat, I find it interesting to see how global production is concentrated in a few large areas. Looking at individual countries, China is the world's largest producer, with approximately 140 million tons in the 2025/26 season, followed by India and Russia.
