We live in constant evolution 🪄
The days have been passing in a strange way—as if everything is moving both too fast and too slow at the same time. So much so that this week marks 6 months since I arrived in Medellín—6 MONTHS!! And yet, it feels like I just got here.
Looking back, these months have been filled with growth and learning—because, in reality, we NEVER stop learning and evolving.
I’ve reconnected with my spiritual side, which feels mandatory when going through a period of big changes—you know, to not lose your mind completely 😂. I think that’s been my biggest achievement in these past few months: reconnecting with my essence and learning to manage my emotions and thoughts effectively, with love and calmness.
I’m also documenting my daily life, and my 5-year journal has been incredibly helpful in tracking my progress and practicing daily gratitude 💗.
I’ll be sharing more about this new chapter soon—stay tuned!

Aunque en retrospectiva, han sido meses de demasiado aprendizaje y crecimiento personal, es que realmente NUNCA dejamos de aprender y de evolucionar.
He reconectado con mi parte espiritual, cosa obligatoria cuando atraviesas etapas de muchos cambios, ya sabes, para no volverte tan loco 😂 y creo que ese ha sido mi mayor logro/aprendizaje de estos últimos meses, reconectar con mi esencia y manejar con efectividad mis emociones y pensamientos desde el amor y la calma.
