For many this has been their first halving and I include myself, I came to web3 two years and 7 months ago (yes, I'm counting 🤣) and I think the year I arrived and the months so far of 2024 have been the most exciting, full of learning and challenges.

2022 and 2023 were somewhat passive, but we are still creating and building. What will be the effects of this halving on the ecosystem? It's still too early to know for sure, but I'm sure great things are coming because we're working on great things.

I share with you some pictures of the halving celebration in my city, we went to a restaurant that accepts bitcoin as a payment method, although no one paid with bitcoin (for obvious reasons 😂), but we did use binance pay which also makes it easier for us to exchange $hive to fiat.

We ate delicious food and chatted about upcoming web3 projects and activities in town while excitedly waiting for the 840,000 block to be mined. Positive things are coming guys and I hope that all the good things to come find us active and building 🙌🏻

Para muchos este ha sido su primer halving y me incluyo, llegué a web3 hace dos años y 7 meses (sí, los voy contando 🤣) y creo que el año en que llegué y los meses que van del 2024 han sido los más emocionantes, llenos de aprendizajes y desafíos.

El 2022 y 2023 fueron un tanto pasivos, pero seguimos creando y construyendo. ¿Cuáles serán los efectos de este halving en el ecosistema? Aún es muy pronto para saberlo a ciencia cierta, pero estoy segura de que se vienen cosas geniales porque estamos trabajando en cosas geniales.

Les comparto algunas fotos de la celebración del halving en mi ciudad, fuimos a un restaurante que acepta bitcoin como método de pago, aunque nadie pagó con bitcoin (por obvias razones 😂), pero sí utilizamos binance pay lo cual nos facilita también el cambio de $hive a fiat.

Comimos delicioso y conversamos sobre los proyectos y actividades web3 que se vienen en la ciudad mientras esperábamos con emoción que se minara el bloque 840.000. Se vienen cosas positivas chicos y deseo que todo lo bueno que llegue nos encuentre activos y construyendo 🙌🏻
