August in photos... a little late, but with lots of love ❤️
In the middle of this emotional loop, I realized (about six days later) that I had forgotten to post my monthly recap… and then I forgot again 😂 But I feel like such an amazing month couldn’t just be left behind, so here I am in mid-September, bringing you my August recap — the month when I intensely lived every possible emotion and which opened the doors for me to keep writing new chapters in this story. Since the first time I visited Medellín back in 2018, I knew I wanted to live in this city someday. Six years later, life not only brought me here but also made me feel it as if it were my own. If I had to describe myself as a city in this stage of my life, it would definitely be Medellín.
I’ve told you before that I leave little pieces of my heart in every city I live in. I remember each one fondly because of the friendships I made and the memories I built — the ones that make me vibrate with joy, and the ones I’m grateful for because they shaped the person I am today. Thank you, Medellín, for being a home this past year. We’ll meet again soon 🫂 Pinky promise!!

En medio de este loop de emociones me percaté (unos 6 días después) de que había olvidado postear mi resumen de mes, y luego...volví a olvidarlo 😂 pero siento que un mes tan genial como el que viví no podía dejarse en el olvido, así que a mitad de septiembre, les traigo mi resumen de agosto, el mes en el que viví intensamente todas las emociones posibles y que me abrió las puertas a seguir creando nuevos capítulos en esta historia. Desde que conocí Medellín en el 2018, supe que algún día quería vivir en esta ciudad, 6 años después la vida me llevó no solo a vivirla sino a sentirla como si fuese mía ya que si tuviese que describirme como alguna ciudad del mundo en esta etapa de mi vida, definitivamente sería Medellín.
Ya les he contado que dejo pedacitos de mi corazón en cada ciudad en la que vivo, a todas y cada una las recuerdo con cariño por las amistades que hice y los recuerdos que viví, aquellos recuerdos que me hacen vibrar de emoción y aquellos otros que agradezco haber vivido porque me hicieron la persona que soy hoy en día. Gracias Medellín, por haber sido un hogar durante este año, nos volveremos a encontrar pronto 🫂 Pinky promise!!
