The wedding was one for the books and from the very beginning I was fully involved making sure everything turned out perfect The day before the ceremony I spent most of my time at the reception venue overseeing the decorations and ensuring the lighting was properly set

I had to be everywhere, monitoring the decorators checking the table arrangements and making sure the colors blended well At some point I even found myself adjusting chair covers and repositioning centerpieces It was stressful but I didn’t mind I wanted my friend's big day to be flawless, When the decorators finally finished late in the evening I took a step back looked around and felt satisfied The hall looked magical The lighting added warmth to the atmosphere, and I could already picture how beautiful everything would be when the event started.

With a deep breath, I left the venue, knowing that the next day was going to be even more intense, From the moment I woke up on the wedding day I knew I wouldn’t be sitting still for even a second I had to be at the church early, making sure everything was in place. The bride looked stunning and the groom my guy was all smiles Seeing them exchange vows felt surreal Love was truly a beautiful thing, Then came the reception and that was where the real fun began I don’t know how but I was literally everywhere One minute I was at the entrance welcoming guests the next I was on the dance floor hyping the couple and before I knew it I was seated with a full plate of food in front of me And when I say full I mean FULL Jollof rice, fried rice, chicken, salad, small chops I wasn’t playing, I ate to my heart’s content
By the end of the day, I was exhausted but fulfilled.

The wedding was a massive success and my friend was happy that was all that mattered As I left the venue slightly full and buzzing with excitement, I couldn’t help but smile It was a day to remember and I was glad to have been a part of it.
