We had dreamed of seeing Moraine Lake at sunrise, the way the morning light kisses the mountain peaks and spills down into the impossibly blue waters. But nature makes you wait for its best moments. We came back three times, hoping for that perfect scene, that perfect light. And then, on this morning, it finally happened.

Hand in hand, we stood in quiet awe as the sky began to glow. The world around us softened into a dream—the mountains bathed in gold, the water so still it looked like glass, the red canoes resting on the dock as if waiting for lovers to steal away into the morning mist.
