Here I present a publication about Community Workshops

For many years, a Community Project called "Image 3 to Learn Enjoying" began to be developed on Paseo del Prado, created and directed by an artist named Cecilio Avilés and unfortunately he is no longer among us today, but his legacy is.

In this project, multiple workshops are held where children, young people and adults from the surrounding area attend, where the Paseo del Prado is located in Old Havana.

And as the way they worked became known, through different means, people from other communities in Havana joined.
El Paseo is a great school and along with the works of the artists who belong to the Image 3 Project you can see all the activity of the workshops that operate there on Saturdays and Sundays.

In them, children, young people and adults receive art classes, drawings, painting, working with clay, weaving, photography, paper mache and other manifestations.

The classes are taught by the same artists who belong to this Project, who share their knowledge for free with all those who attend the community workshops. And it is a pride to see how the children show their finished work at the end of classes.

Talleres comunitarios

Hola Hivers
Con gran placer los saludo una vez más, deseando que estén bien y pasando un agradable día.
Aquí les presento una publicación sobre los Talleres Comunitarios.

Desde hace muchos años empezó a desarrollarse en el Paseo del Prado un Proyecto Comunitario llamado "Imagen 3 Para Aprender Disfrutando" fue creado y dirigido por un artista llamado Cecilio Avilés y que lamentablementes ya hoy no está entre nosotros, pero sí su legado.

En ese proyecto se dan múltiples talleres donde acuden los niños, jóvenes y adultos de los alrededores, donde está emplazado el Paseo del Prado en La Habana Vieja. Y a medida que se conoció el funcionamiento de mismos, por diferentes vías, se fueron se incorporando personas de otras comunidades de la Habana.
El Paseo es una gran escuela y junto a las obras de los artistas que pertenecen al Proyecto Imagen 3 se puede ver toda la actividad los talleres que funcionan allí sábados y domingos.

En ellos, los niños, jóvenes y adultos reciben clases de arte, dibujos, pintura, trabajo con arcilla, tejido, fotografía, papel maché y otras manifestaciones más. Las clases son impartidas por los mismos artistas que pertenecen a este Proyecto, los cuales de forma gratuita comparten sus conocimientos con todos los que asisten a los talleres comunitarios. Y es un orgullo ver como los niños muestras al final de las clases sus trabajos terminados
