ARCHITECTURE IN A SQUARE #49 - A new entry for #photographylovers

#deutsch Zum Beginn meiner zweiten Woche zuhause mit einem gebrochenen Fus zu Hauses habe ich wieder einmal einen Post meiner Serie ARCHITECTURE IN A SQUARE komplett in Farbe zusammengestellt. Auffallend ist, dass die Mehrheit der Aufnahmen aus Paris (La Défense FRANKREICH) stammen. Als mir im Januar 2024 die Idee zu meiner architektonisch interessanten Serie kam, habe ich die ersten Bilder ausschliesslich in Schwarzweiss bearbeitet. Erst zu einer späteren Bearbeitungsphase habe ich begonnen die Bilder auch in Farbe zu editieren. Und mir wurde bewusst, dass aus einem Bild zwei gänzlich verschiedene Ansichten entstehen können. Beim Ausdrucken der quadratischen Bilder, um ein Buch damit zu füllen oder die Bilder an meine und andere Wände zu kleben, habe ich mich ausschliesslich auf die Schwarzweisse-Version konzentriert. Ausgedruckt auf mattem Fotopapier machen sieht das ganze dann ganz schön ansehnlich aus.
Nun mache ich, während meiner Arbeitsunfähigkeit, weiter mit dem Herausfinden der kleinen Dinge, welche ich im normalen Alltag und Arbeitsleben immer gerne herausgeschoben habe, um nicht unsinniger Weise in komischen Insta-Reels zu versinken. Die ertse Woche zuhause habe ich meiner Meinung nach ganz gut gemeistert. So mache ich mich nun wiedermal ausgiebig ans Bearbeiten von Bilder und veröffentliche vielleicht einmal ein paar Posts mehr. Wohl ein guter Start für meine zweite Woche mit gebrochenem Fuss.

#english To mark the start of my second week at home with a broken foot, I have once again put together a post from my ARCHITECTURE IN A SQUARE series completely in colour. It is striking that the majority of the photos are from Paris (La Défense FRANCE). When I had the idea for my architecturally interesting series in January 2024, I processed the first images exclusively in black and white. It was only at a later stage that I started editing the pictures in colour. And I realised that two completely different views can emerge from one image. When printing the square pictures to fill a book or to stick on my and other walls, I focussed exclusively on the black and white version. Printed out on matt photo paper, the whole thing looks really nice.
Now, while I'm off work, I'm continuing to figure out the little things that I always like to put off in my normal everyday and working life so that I don't sink nonsensically into weird insta-reels. I think I managed the first week at home quite well. So now I'm getting back to editing pictures and maybe publishing a few more posts. Probably a good start to my second week with a broken foot.

#spanish Con motivo del comienzo de mi segunda semana en casa con un pie roto, he vuelto a recopilar un post de mi serie ARQUITECTURA EN UNA PLAZA completamente en color. Llama la atención que la mayoría de las fotos son de París (La Défense FRANCIA). Cuando en enero de 2024 se me ocurrió la idea de mi interesante serie arquitectónica, procesé las primeras imágenes exclusivamente en blanco y negro. Sólo en una fase posterior empecé a editar las fotos en color. Y me di cuenta de que de una imagen pueden surgir dos puntos de vista completamente distintos. Al imprimir las fotos cuadradas para llenar un libro o pegarlas en mi pared o en la de otros, me centré exclusivamente en la versión en blanco y negro. Impreso en papel fotográfico mate, el conjunto queda muy bonito.
Ahora, mientras estoy fuera del trabajo, sigo resolviendo las pequeñas cosas que siempre me gusta posponer en mi vida cotidiana y laboral normal para no hundirme sin sentido en extraños insta-reels. Creo que la primera semana en casa la he llevado bastante bien. Así que ahora vuelvo a editar fotos y quizá a publicar algunos posts más. Probablemente un buen comienzo para mi segunda semana con un pie roto.
