A PHOTOGRAPHIC WALK THROUGH VALENCIA (D/ENG/ESP) - A new entry for photography lovers

In diesem Post möchte ich euch einige (diesmal viele) Bilder der spanischen Küstenstadt Valencia präsentieren.
Ich war bereits der zweite Aufenthalt in dieser Stadt und es gefiel mir auch dieses Mal. Dieses Mal schlenderten meine Freundin und ich während drei Tagen durch die Gassen und Strassen von Valencia und genossen ein Gefühl von willkommen sein und Geborgenheit.

In this post I would like to present you some (this time many) pictures of the Spanish coastal city Valencia.
It was my second stay in this city and I liked it this time as well. This time, my girlfriend and I strolled through the streets and alleys of Valencia for three days and enjoyed a feeling of welcome and security.

En este post me gustaría presentaros algunas (esta vez muchas) fotos de la ciudad costera española Valencia.
Era mi segunda estancia en esta ciudad y esta vez también me gustó. Esta vez, mi novia y yo paseamos por las calles y callejones de Valencia durante tres días y disfrutamos de una sensación de acogida y seguridad.

So sind wir bei strahlendem Sonnenschein im "Jardin de Turia", ein ehemaliges Flussbett, welches zu einer 7 Kilometer langen und grünen Parkanlage umfunktioniert wurde, spaziert. Oder haben uns fotografisch bei den weissen Gebäude der "Ciudad de las artes y las ciencias", welche den typischen Stil des Spanisch-schweizerischen Architekten Calatrava tragen, ausgetobt.

We walked in the sunshine through the "Jardin de Turia", a former riverbed that has been converted into a 7-kilometre-long green park. Or we took pictures of the white buildings of the "Ciudad de las artes y las ciencias", which bear the typical style of the Spanish-Swiss architect Calatrava.

Paseamos bajo el sol por el "Jardín de Turia", un antiguo cauce fluvial convertido en un parque verde de 7 kilómetros de largo. O sacamos fotos de los edificios blancos de la "Ciudad de las artes y las ciencias", que llevan el estilo típico del arquitecto hispano-suizo Calatrava.

Als dann Wolken aufzogen, haben wir uns in die engen Gassen des Zentrums Valencias zurückgezogen und diese zu Fuss erkundet. Dabei bestaunten wir die unglaubliche Anzahl von Streetart an den Mauern der Häuser und Rollläden der geschlossenen Geschäfte. Als Regen aufzog, suchten wir in der Markthalle oder einem Restaurant Schutz und verköstigten uns kulinarische mit valencianischer Paella oder feinen Tapas.

When the clouds came, we retreated to the narrow streets of the centre of Valencia and explored them on foot. We marvelled at the incredible amount of street art on the walls of the houses and shutters of the closed shops. When the rain came, we sought shelter in the market hall or a restaurant and feasted on Valencian paella or fine tapas.

Cuando llegaron las nubes, nos retiramos a las estrechas calles del centro de Valencia y las exploramos a pie. Nos maravillamos ante la increíble cantidad de arte callejero en las paredes de las casas y en las persianas de las tiendas cerradas. Cuando llovía, buscábamos refugio en el mercado o en un restaurante y nos dábamos un festín de paella valenciana o buenas tapas.

Natürlich haben wir auch den unglaublich langen und breite Strand Valencias. An unseren Anreisetag, einem Sonntag, schien es, als wäre ganz Valencia an der Promenade unterwegs. Am Montag besuchten wir den Strand erneut, doch diesmal war die Umgebung menschenleer. Es schien zwar die Sonne, doch ging noch ein kalter Wind.

Of course, we also have Valencia's incredibly long and wide beach. On our arrival day, a Sunday, it seemed as if all of Valencia was on the promenade. On Monday, we visited the beach again, but this time the area was deserted. The sun was shining, but there was still a cold wind.

Por supuesto, también tenemos la increíblemente larga y amplia playa de Valencia. El día de nuestra llegada, un domingo, parecía que toda Valencia estaba en el paseo marítimo. El lunes visitamos de nuevo la playa, pero esta vez la zona estaba desierta. El sol brillaba, pero aún soplaba un viento frío.
