Wow, thank you for sharing this @anggreklestari. In the Philippines, we have a lot of coconuts but I never heard about this unusual coconut preparation and I'd love to try this if given by chance. Is the meat still sweet even though it was burnt?

The meat still soft but the fresh one is softer :)
I think you can burning the coconut for yourself, then add spices and herbs into it :)
Hehe, I'd love to have a try @anggreklestari but did you know that here in my place burnt coconut had something to do with some illness with the guys who use to make love with the sick ladyboys?😂. I don't know the medical connection but that's how it is here.
