FrapuMoka at Home with Frozen Coffee

💕 Hello Hive Community! 💕

Sometimes we save things that surprise us in the future. And although it is a very dramatic phrase, today I come to talk about coffee, hahaha. The other day I was cleaning the kitchen of my house, it was already late in the afternoon, and I saw that there was a lot of coffee left over from the morning. I had made coffee with an almost minimal touch of milk and I didn't want to waste it. So I decided to freeze it to make a cold coffee or a frappucino later. And since I haven't been out to a coffee shop for about 2 weeks, it was time to make something at home.

In my mind this was going to be very simple: milk, a touch of instant coffee and the iced coffee cubes, but I love to complicate my life, so I decided to make a frapumoka, or at least my simple version of that. To make it I was using liquid milk, the iced coffee cubes, a very small spoonful of instant coffee, chocolate and the trusty blender that never fails. And well, people, making this is very simple, just put all the ingredients in the blender and blend for about 2 minutes, not too long.

In my case, I was using part of the chocolate syrup to decorate the glass and give another plus of mocha to the coffee. And although this drink was quite improvised, since I made it with ingredients I had at home without going out to buy anything else, I liked it very much. It has a very mocha flavor that I love. If you read my blog, you will know that this is one of my favorite coffees. Also, I think this tip of freezing leftover coffee, if this one turned out pretty good, is something I wanted to share with the coffee-loving community of Hive. I hope you loved this mini recipe and this tip, see you soon!
