An improvised recipe for chocolate ice cream

ÂżNo les pasa que cocinan por ansiedad? Yo a veces no utilizo este recurso, ya que siempre estoy cocinando, todos los dĂas hago desayuno, almuerzo y en ocasiones la cena, asĂ que trato de alejarme de la cocina en mis ratos libres, a menos que tenga algo especĂfico como un dulce o una receta más complicada. Pero, debido a todo lo que está pasando Ăşltimamente en el paĂs, he estado con mucha ansiedad y necesitaba ocuparme en algo hoy, y me dieron ganas de hacer helado con cosas que tenĂa en casa.

But, because of everything that's been going on lately in the country, I've been with a lot of anxiety and needed to get busy with something today, and I felt like making ice cream with things I had at home.
Para esta receta improvisada solo utilicĂ© 4 cosas. Primero un sobre para hacer crema, chantillĂ, base para helados de la marca "Waltz!" , leche en polvo y un poco de agua. La verdad querĂa utilizar la base para helados "Waltz!", porque le da consistencia, dulzor y sabor, además me habĂa quedado como la mitad de un paquete que compre hace tiempo para hacer unas pruebas de helado. Agregar el polvo para hacer chantillĂ fue un invento, ya que por lĂłgica sentĂ que le podrĂa dar mejor consistencia.
For this improvised recipe I only used 4 things. First a sachet to make cream, whipped cream, “Waltz!” brand ice cream base, powdered milk and a little bit of powdered milk. , powdered milk and a little water. The truth is that I wanted to use the “Waltz!” ice cream base, because it gives consistency, sweetness and flavor, plus I had left about half of a package I bought some time ago to do some ice cream tests. Adding the powder to make whipped cream was an invention, since by logic I felt that it could give it a better consistency.
Primero tome una taza de agua bien frĂa y la coloque en un recipiente de vidrio, le agregue la mezcla de chantillĂ, despuĂ©s de batir por varios minutos se comenzĂł a formar la textura. Agregue unas 3 cucharadas de leche en polvo y batĂ nuevamente. Luego coloque todo el contenido que tenĂa de la base para helados de chocolate, como unos 200 gr, para batir por varios minutos más. Luego tomĂ© un molde de silicona rectangular, donde coloque toda la mezcla de helado y termine por decorar con sirope de chocolate, el cual nunca puede faltar en el helado, y lo lleve al freezer.

Add about 3 tablespoons of powdered milk and beat again. Then I added all the contents of the chocolate ice cream base, about 200 grams, to beat for several more minutes. Then I took a rectangular silicone mold, where I put all the ice cream mixture and finished by decorating with chocolate syrup, which can never be missing in ice cream, and took it to the freezer.
Y despuĂ©s de esperar por unas 6 horas ya estaba lo suficientemente frĂo para poder comerlo, eso fue como a las 9 de la noche, no era muy temprano, pero yo no me podĂa quedar sin probar este helado. El cual estaba muy cremoso, me gusto eso, aunque si debo mencionar que tenĂa mucha azĂşcar y eso me llevo a pensar en formas de ajustar esta receta para que en el futuro quede mucho mejor. And after waiting for about 6 hours it was cold enough to eat it, that was about 9 pm, it was not very early, but I could not stay without trying this ice cream. It was very creamy, I liked that, although I should mention that it had a lot of sugar and that led me to think of ways to adjust this recipe so that in the future it would be much better.
