Después de lo que se sintió como un siglo, por fin, tuve una salida nocturna de esas que me encanta. Hace poquito fue el cumpleaños de una amiga. Realmente su cumpleaños caía a domingo, pero como el domingo es un poco complicado salir, pues decidimos hacer una salida el sábado en la madrugada, ya técnicamente un domingo para poder celebrar su cumpleaños. Esta amiga es relativamente nueva, ya que estudia conmigo desde que comencé la universidad en septiembre del año pasado. Yo estoy con personas que son menores que yo, así que trato de adaptarme un poco a su forma de pensar básicamente y no es que yo sea demasiado mayor, pero si, a veces se siente la diferencia. Aun así, me llevo bastante bien con un grupo de amigas y nos reunimos frecuentemente para cualquier cosa, así que obviamente debía estar en este cumpleaños.

After what felt like a century, I finally had one of those nights out that I love. It was a friend's birthday recently. Her birthday was actually on Sunday, but since it's a bit complicated to go out on Sunday, we decided to go out early Saturday morning, which is technically Sunday, to celebrate her birthday. This friend is relatively new, as she has been studying with me since I started college in September last year. I'm with people who are younger than me, so I try to adapt a little to their way of thinking, basically, and it's not that I'm too old, but yes, sometimes you feel the difference. Even so, I get along quite well with a group of friends and we get together frequently for anything, so obviously I had to be at this birthday party.

Esta celebración le hicimos en una discoteca que se llama diamante, ustedes saben que yo tengo como mis discotecas favoritas, en las cuales le he mencionado un montón de veces, pero en esta oportunidad no eran opción, ya que una tenía una fiesta con entrada y la otra, pues no cierra tan tarde, aunque la verdad esta vez nos fuimos temprano, o bueno, relativamente temprano. La cosa es que llegamos como eso de las 11 de la noche, 11:30, ya que había también unas promociones y pues decidimos aprovechar antes que se hicieran las 12 de la noche. A mí me costó muchísimo entrar en el ambiente. Estuve mucho tiempo sentado con mi novio porque no se sentía que faltaba mucho mucho mucho miente y las músicas realmente no estaban tan buenas y eso es algo que a mí me condiciona muchísimo en una fiesta. Pero lo disfruté bastante, y siento que ese es el punto final de una salida.

We had the party at a nightclub called Diamante. You know I have my favorite nightclubs, which I've mentioned to you many times, but this time they weren't an option, since one had a party with an entrance fee and the other doesn't close that late, although to be honest, this time we left early, or well, relatively early. The thing is, we arrived around 11 or 11:30 p.m., because there were also some promotions and we decided to take advantage of them before midnight. I had a hard time getting into the mood. I spent a lot of time sitting with my boyfriend because it didn't feel like there was much going on, and the music wasn't that good, which is something that really affects my mood at a party. But I enjoyed it quite a bit, and I feel like that's the end point of a night out.

Yo llegué a mi casa como a eso de las cuatro y pico de la mañana, casi cinco, pero la verdad fue que terminamos como a las tres y algo solo que nos quedamos hablando afuera y duramos muchísimo tiempo, esperando el taxi que nos fuera a buscar. Casi todas las fotos que tengo son con mi novio, porque pasamos toda la noche como unos chicles pegados el uno del otro, como siempre básicamente , y no tengo demasiadas fotos del ambiente, ni del lugar tampoco porque no estaba tan animada, pero la verdad solo quería compartirles esta pequeña experiencia, y quizás cuando salga nuevamente, quizá para el mes que viene, me vaya muchísimo mejor. Espero que les haya encantado conocer esta experiencia, nos leemos pronto!

I got home at around 4:00 or 5:00 in the morning, but the truth is that we ended up staying outside talking for a long time, waiting for the taxi to pick us up. Almost all the photos I have are with my boyfriend, because we spent the whole night glued to each other, as usual, basically, and I don't have many photos of the atmosphere or the place either because it wasn't that lively, but I just wanted to share this little experience with you, and maybe when I go out again, maybe next month, it will go much better.
