Shadows In The Light And More - SMASH 413

It's Friday over here, and few hours to weekend. Hope the week has been pleasant for you? Whether it has or not, just be thankful, at least for life, and then hope for the better.

A visit to St Joseph's Catholic Church, Market Road, had me capturing these beautiful plant shadows. The church's environment is beautifully adorned with an array of tree plants and flowers, and always make for a nice shadow spot on sunny days, just like today.

As I stepped into the church premises, I spotted the shadows in the distance, and a wave of excitement washed over me. I wanted nothing else than to snap them before the sun decides - no more shadows for the day. Hehehe.

However, I resisted the urge since I was there for a specific purpose – to attend the 12:00pm WAT Mass. I waited until the Mass ended before taking any photos. I had to stick to this general principle of "business before pleasure." Get the business done first, then go have fun afterwards. Lol.

The few minutes I spent taking the photos, I couldn't help but take in the serene environment and the peaceful vibe surrounding it. Of course it has to be since it's a Catholic Church. They're notable for having such calm and soothing environment. I must commend whoever that's in charge of maintenance here for doing an amazing job.

Away from the church, I also snapped few random photos on my way to the bus stop to pick a ride, including my own shadow. I had to capture it since it was following me everywhere. Lol.

This shadow looks kinda funny, or would I say, like a ghost. 👻

Ain't my shadow cute? Hehehe.
