A Familiar Sight - PhotoFeed Contest Street Photography 156
Along Azikiwe road, one of the vibrant locations in my city, it's common to see the ground floors of most buildings allocated as warehouses, especially newly constructed buildings. These warehouses serve as a hub for textile trade plus other various businesses such as electronics, motor vehicle parts, and more, thus, showcasing the area's diverse commercial activities.
In fact, my office location on Azikiwe Road, is a textile hotspot - always buzzing with textile businesses, as there are numerous textile warehouses surrounding it.
Yesterday was one of such days - this time, a typical offloading day, with two trailer loads of fabrics being delivered to two of the warehouses across the street. The area was a hive of activity as customers flocked to purchase textiles. Truck handlers were on ground, working diligently to facilitate the movement of goods to the owner's locations.
With my office window overlooking the street, I often get to witness the activity, and yesterday was no different. I had a field day watching the scene from across my office, and of course, I captured it on camera. Thought I'd share them and see what you think about them. 😂

A very busy place now known for all kings of materials and people are really patronizing them well
Indeed. Soon, it'll turn into a bigger textile spot.

I'm just getting to know from this post, where they normally offload those fabrics that people travel all the way to Aba to purchase. And they are selling torns of it on a daily basis. Weldon sis.
