Hi friends. During my last visit, I managed to visit the photo exhibition "Kyiv yesterday and today: a journey through time". At the exhibition, next to photographs of Kyiv of the late 19th and early 20th centuries, the same locations are presented, only in a modern dimension. The first photos are from the funds of the Central State Audiovisual and Electronic Archive. The second part of each stand is from the "Evening Kyiv" collection (KP "Kyivinform").

It is very interesting to look at how the famous locations of Kyiv changed over time. In this message, I will share photos of the following locations:

• St. Andrew's Church, view from below
• Monument to the Magdeburg Law
• Golden Gate Museum
• Volodymyr's Cathedral
• Kyivo-Pecherska Lavra
• Bessarabian indoor market

Привіт друзі. Під час свого останього візиту мені вдалось відвідати фотовиставку «Київ учора та сьогодні: подорож у часі». На виставці поруч зі світлинами Києва кінця 19-го – початку 20-го століть представлені ці ж локації, тільки у сучасному вимірі. Перші фото – із фондів Центрального державного аудіовізуального та електронного архіву. Друга частина кожного стенду – із колекції «Вечірнього Києва» (КП «Київінформ»).

Дуже цікаво поглянути на те, як відомі локації Києва змінювали у часі. В цьому повідомленні я поділюсь фото таких локацій:

• Андріївська церква, вид з подолу
• Памятник Магдебурському праву
• Музей "золоті ворота"
• Володимирський собор
• Києво-Печерська лавра
• Бессарабський критий ринок
