Three years ago, I spoke to you about how we should handle candles, underscoring that it is a delicate practice and that not everyone has the ability to do energy work with candles optimally and positively. Today, I want to share with you a practice special that I use to channel and transmute energies: the preparation of a candle wrapped in rue and malagueta. Candles have been used for millennia in various cultures and spiritual traditions. Its flame symbolizes light in darkness, knowledge in ignorance and the human spirit in its struggle to rise. In mysticism, the fire of a candle represents the divine spark within each of us, a connection with the universe and its subtle energies.
