Making the Chatpati
hello everyone,
how are you all Hope everyone is doing very well. I am also doing very well.
In today's post I will share a recipe with you. The name of this recipe is Chatpati. This dish is a very favorite food of Bengalis. I personally love to eat fast. I don't know exactly if anyone has shared this recipe before in this community.
I Wanted to do something new and share it with everyone so thought let's share the quick recipe. That's why this recipe is made. The recipe post shared today is my second recipe post. It took me a lot of trouble and time to sort it out. This chatpati I made was also good to eat. Now without further ado let's see how I made the recipe. ..
Required ingredients :
6 to 7 green chillies
2 eggs
Whole peas 200 grams
Like the amount of rock salt
3 onions
2 tomatoes
2 cucumbers
Like the amount of salt
Cumin seeds 2 tsp
2 spoons of coriander
Like the amount of bitterness
10 to 12 dry chillies
A few coriander leaves
2 potatoes
preparation method
First step
200 grams of whole peas were first washed and soaked in water for 24 hours..
Second step ...
After 24 hours I drained the old water from the peas and washed them again.
The third step ..
In this step some things have to be prepared in advance. First, I cut the green chilli, onion, tomato, cucumber, coriander leaves into small pieces. After that I took bitter water. To make Tetul water, I dissolved Tetul in water and added coriander leaves and rock salt in it. I also boiled two eggs in this step.
Fourth step...
After roasting the cumin, coriander and dry chillies a little, cool them for some time and grind them with the help of a grinder machine.
The fifth step ...
I cooked 10 to 12 CTs with potatoes and peas in a pressure cooker. Mash the boiled potatoes.
Sixth step ..
In this step, take the cooked peas and mashed potatoes back to the pressure cooker and add hot water and salt as needed.
Seventh step
After burning for some time, I took it down and served it on a plate.
eighth step 🍛l
After serving on the plate, I added a little bit of raw chili, onion, tomato, cucumber, coriander leaves, rock salt, boiled egg, broken blister. Then I added cumin, coriander and dried lankara powder in it. At the end, we gave them the bitter water made with tetul as they liked. This is how my today's recipe became quick and easy...
