Few days ago at the visa office

Outside of Calcutta , I usually haven't been to any places.

As much as I travel, I usually do this in West Bengal. Although we have a lot of places to travel in India, I haven't been outside the state much. I got my passport many years ago, in case I ever have the opportunity to travel abroad, I kept it in advance. Even if I did not travel within the country, I already had many desires to travel abroad.

Few days ago, we had a plan from home that we will go out of the country for sightseeing. Out of the country means I will go to Bangladesh. Some distant relatives of my family live there.

At first I decided not to go. I wanted to go to Purulia to see the mountains. Then everyone in the house said let's go to a different environment, let's get the feeling of another country, so I agreed to everyone's words. But if you say go, you can't leave. Many processes have to be maintained when going outside the country. That's why you have to put a visa on the passport first, you can go out only after you get the visa from the visa office.

Few days ago I went to this visa office with a sick body. The reason for going when I was ill was that I had filled the form for the visa a few days before. I was healthy when I filled this form and I have to submit the form to the visa office within a week of filling the form. That's why I went to the visa office to apply for the visa even though I was sick.

To go to the visa office, first alight from the nearest railway station at Bidhannagar railway station. From there, I took an auto and got down to college junction and after walking for a while, I found this Bangladeshi visa office. This office was quite big. This office has been here for a few years. After going there I thought maybe there would be some crowd and the time I went there was around noon, there was no crowd. I filled the form that I had taken from home, affixed two copies of passport size photos on the form filled and submitted certain documents and passport to the office.

After depositing everything there, they said that it will take approximately 15 to 20 days to receive the passport through visa. They gave a slip. They also informed that this slip and Aadhaar card should be shown while collecting the passport after getting the visa.
Since the body was bad at that time, after finishing the work, the visa office did not stay for long. However, on arrival, I took some photos from inside the visa office and outside the visa office. After completing everything, I left for home again.
