Night of drinks in Buenos Aires {EN/ES} Noche de tragos en Buenos Aires
I am a fan of drinks, concoctions of all kinds and shapes. Actually I am a fan of everything that is edible and possible to taste. I believe that from this channel of communication, you can express countless things, and since I was a child I was passionate about everything that has to do with ways of expressing oneself from the palate and flavors. Food, beverages, as well as medicinal concoctions, and any type of element that its ingestion does not take you to places where you do not want to go.
Every place in the world has a taste, an aroma, a texture. I feel that every space can be represented from that place in infinite ways and it is a way to convey a message in an elegant, witty, affectionate and sophisticated way.
As you know of my appreciation and devotion for everything I mentioned, yesterday I was invited to a very nice and little known bar in the city. They usually call it Skybar, but I think that is the name commonly known by tourists. Today this place is called Trade. It is a terrace in an office building in the old and well-known microcentro Argentino. A place where, as the porteños say, God attends. Here, in this part of the city is where the big business is settled, where the cod is cut, or where the cake is shared as they say in the neighborhood. Well, in these corners there are also spaces designed for enjoyment.
When we arrived we had to take an elevator that will take you to the top floor of the place. When we got out of the elevator there is a closed bar with tables and dim lights very nice and very dark. But you have an open air part which is the terrace of the place. It has a bar outside and many tables also for those who want to be outdoors, enjoy the beautiful view and music. I don't know its gastronomy because I dedicated myself to drinking tonight. But I can tell you that the drinks are very well balanced.
They have classic cocktails and also some signature cocktails. The drinks menu is quite large so there are many options and many imported options of unusual drinks, which I thought was a very nice detail. But the truth is that the most remarkable thing about this place is its view and it is the star of the place. Yesterday was a special night to go for a drink and enjoy the beautiful night, so we enjoyed it all and the night ended beautifully.

Soy un fanatico de las bebidas, los brebajes de todo tipo y forma. En realidad soy un fanatico de todo lo que es comestiblemente posible de probar. Creo que desde ese canal de comunicación, se pueden expresar infinidad de cosas, y desde muy chico fui un apasionado por todo lo que tenga que ver con maneras de expresarse desde el paladar y los sabores. Comidas, bebidas, como también brebajes medicinales, y cualquier tipo de elemento que su ingesta no te lleve a lugares a donde uno no quiera ir.
Cada lugar en el mundo, tiene un sabor, un aroma, una textura. Siento que cada espacio puede estar representado desde ese lugar de formas infinitas y es una manera de transmitir un mensaje de forma elegante, ingeniosa, cariñosa y sofisticada.
Como saben de mi aprecio y devoción por todo lo que mencionaba, Ayer me invitaron a un bar muy lindo y poco conocido de la ciudad. Le suelen decir Skybar, pero creo que es el nombre comúnmente conocido por los turistas. Hoy este lugar se llama Trade. Es una terraza en un edificio de oficinas del viejo y conocido microcentro Argentino. Lugar en donde, como dicen los porteños atiende Dios. Aca, en esta parte de la ciudad es en donde los negocios grandes se resuelven, en donde se corta el bacalao, o en donde se reparte la torta como le dicen en el barrio. Bueno en estos rincones también hay espacios pensados para el disfrute.
Cuando llegamos había que tomar un ascensor que te llevará al último piso del lugar. Cuando salimos del ascensor hay un bar cerrado con mesas y luces tenues muy agradable y muy oscuro. Pero tenes una parte al aire libre que es la terraza del lugar. Tiene barra afuera y muchas mesas también para quienes quieren estar al aire libre, disfrutar de la vista hermosa que tiene y de música. No conozco su gastronomía porque me dediqué a la bebida esta noche. Pero sí puedo contarles que los tragos están muy bien equilibrados.
Cuentan con coctelería clásica y también algo de autor. La carta de tragos es bastante grande por lo que hay muchas opciones y muchas opciones importadas de bebidas poco usuales, que me pareció un detalle muy bueno. Pero lo cierto es que lo más destacable de este lugar es su vista y es la estrella del lugar. Ayer era una noche especial para poder ir a tomar algo y disfrutar de la noche que tan hermosa estaba, asique se disfruto de todo y se cerró la noche de mil maravillas.
