Cuando hablamos de mi trabajo, puedo comentarles que existen días buenos, otros que son estresantes, algunos pueden ser desmotivadores y otros excesivamente cargados de trabajo. Sin embargo, no puedo negar que tengo un muy buen equipo de trabajo, el cual en su mayoría está conformado por hombres y lo más especial de dicho detalles que soy una consentida entre ellos. 🤭

Siempre que abro la puerta del pool en dónde trabajo suelo pensar "otro día en la oficina" pero siendo honesta cada día allí es impredecible, y no les voy a mentir muchos de esos días son extremadamente divertidos. Cabe destacar que además de ser una de las pocas mujeres entre tantos hombres, soy mayor que todo mi grupo puesto que los demás chicos son estudiantes, por ende son aproximadamente 4 años menores que yo, sin embargo la diferencia de edad no ha Sido una barrera para entendernos, saber trabajar juntos y guardarnos cariño. 🥰

When we talk about my job, I can tell you that there are good days, others that are stressful, some can be demotivating and others excessively loaded with work. However, I can't deny that I have a very good work team, which is mostly made up of men and the most special thing about it is that I am spoiled among them. 🤭

Whenever I open the door of the pool where I work I usually think “another day at the office” but being honest every day there is unpredictable, and I'm not going to lie to you many of those days are extremely fun. It should be noted that besides being one of the few women among so many men, I am older than all my group since the other guys are students, therefore they are about 4 years younger than me, however the age difference has not been a barrier to understand each other, know how to work together and keep affection for each other. 🥰

Estoy muy feliz por el equipo de trabajo que se ha conformado además de que día tras día seguimos formandonos, creciendo y aprendiendo cada uno del otro, jamás pensé que podría tener un ambiente laboral tan espectacular como el actual, y lo digo porque hace un año atrás el ambiente laboral era terrible, pero ya ese es otro tema. Lo importante es que tengo un buen equipo ahora mismo y que cada día en la oficina es una nueva aventura junto a los "niños" como suelo llamarlos de costumbre. 😅

I am very happy for the work team that has been formed and that day after day we continue training, growing and learning from each other, I never thought I could have a work environment as spectacular as the current one, and I say this because a year ago the work environment was terrible, but that's another topic. The important thing is that I have a good team right now and that every day in the office is a new adventure with the “kids” as I usually call them. 😅
