Aunque cada año es distinto en la vida de todos, hay cosas que no cambian como por ejemplo los días festivos y sus fechas. Existen diversas festividades tanto nacionales como internacionales que son celebradas años tras año y en las cuales por lo general solemos disfrutarlas como ciudadanos de un espacio geográfico, un día festivo particularmente popular es el día del trabajador, que suele celebrarse el primero de mayo en mi país, sin embargo, como trabajadora judicial poseo una fecha distinta en la cual celebramos específicamente a los trabajadores del Poder judicial, el cual es el ministerio donde actualmente trabajo.

Cada 29 de mayo se celebra el día del trabajador tribunalicio, aquel compendio de ciudadanos que dan día a día su esfuerzo para servir al sistema de justicia en Venezuela, así que me parece apropiado contarles un poco sobre como celebramos éste día de jubilo laboral en el 2025. Debo mencionar que la celebración como tal tuvo lugar un día antes del 29 de mayo que es exactamente el día del trabajador tribunalicio, y esto fue porque él 29 es un día feriado para nosotros, por ende no trabajamos, así que la celebración laboral fue el 28, así que estuvimos llevando una jornada laboral normal como todos los días, pero, nos planificamos para culminar las tareas lo más rápido posible para poder bajar a la actividad, en la cual se encontraban muchas autoridades importantes del estado, además de los coordinadores y todo el equipo directivo del circuito.

Although every year is different in everyone's life, there are some things that do not change, such as holidays and their dates. There are several national and international holidays that are celebrated year after year and in which we usually enjoy them as citizens of a geographical space, a particularly popular holiday is the day of the worker, which is usually celebrated on May 1 in my country, however, as a judicial worker I have a different date in which we celebrate specifically the workers of the judiciary, which is the ministry where I currently work.

Every May 29 is celebrated the day of the court worker, that compendium of citizens who give day by day their effort to serve the justice system in Venezuela, so it seems appropriate to tell you a little about how we celebrate this day of labor jubilee in 2025. I must mention that the celebration as such took place one day before May 29, which is exactly the day of the court worker, and this was because the 29th is a holiday for us, therefore we do not work, so the labor celebration was on the 28th, so we were carrying a normal working day as every day, but we planned to complete the tasks as quickly as possible to be able to go down to the activity, in which there were many important authorities of the state, in addition to the coordinators and the entire management team of the circuit.

La celebración empezó con algunos discursos, música y seguidamente una misa para dar gracias por los favores concedidos y la misericordia de Dios con nosotros, también tuvimos un momento de oración con una pastora cristiana, lo cual me pareció excelente ya que no todos los trabajadores son católicos así que fue bueno contar con otra perspectiva religiosa para propugnar la igualdad entre nosotros. Brindamos con champagne por nuestra felicidad, salud y bienestar. ☺️

Además hicieron entrega de reconocimientos a los funcionarios que han desempeñado funciones desde cinco años hasta quince años en la institución, fue bueno ver la valoración del esfuerzo y amor por nuestro trabajo, además de la dedicación de tiempo que le damos a ello.

The celebration started with some speeches, music and then a mass to give thanks for the favors granted and God's mercy to us, we also had a moment of prayer with a Christian pastor, which I thought was excellent as not all workers are Catholic so it was good to have another religious perspective to advocate equality among us. We toasted with champagne to our happiness, health and well-being. ☺️

They also presented awards to the employees who have worked from five years to fifteen years in the institution, it was good to see the appreciation of the effort and love for our work, in addition to the dedication of time we give to it.

Para cerrar la noche se realizaron algunos sorteos premiados, así como otros juegos y rifas para los trabajadores, actividad en la cual una de mis amigas ganó un gran televisor de 45 pulgadas y todos estábamos muy feliz por ella. 🙏🏽❤️ Creo que estos son momentos gratificantes y que vale la pena vivir una y otra vez.

Estoy feliz y orgullosa de ser una Trabajadora Judicial, y tener un día donde se me pueda celebrar junto a mis demás compañeros es algo que me hace estallar de felicidad. To close the night there were some prize drawings, as well as other games and raffles for the workers, activity in which one of my friends won a large 45-inch TV and we were all very happy for her. 🙏🏽❤️ I think these are rewarding moments and worth living again and again.

I am happy and proud to be a Judicial Worker, and to have a day where I can be celebrated along with my other colleagues is something that makes me burst with happiness.
