Una de las cosas más valiosas que existe en esta vida es contar con el privilegio de tener a la abuela de uno viva. 🤗 Quien tiene o tuvo a una abuela sabe que es uno de los seres más preciados e importantes en la vida del ser humano.

Hoy les hablaré un poco sobre lo que fue la celebración del cumpleaños número 81 de mi abuela Cira (si se entera que les dije su edad me mata) ella es mi abuela materna y literalmente la vida de todos sus (muchos) nietos.

En mi familia no somos muy fiesteros que digamos, pero, si amamos compartir en reuniones familiares ya sean por cumpleaños o otros días festivos como por ejemplo el día de la madre. Sin embargo, algo que siempre hacemos es festejar en la medida de lo posible los aniversarios de vida de mi abuelita, y entre todos le hacemos sentir nuestro cariño con pequeños regalos y por supuesto con nuestra compañía.

One of the most valuable things that exists in this life is to have the privilege of having one's grandmother alive. 🤗 Who has or had a grandmother knows that she is one of the most precious and important beings in the life of a human being.

Today I will tell you a little about what was the celebration of my grandmother Cira's 81st birthday (if she finds out I told you her age she will kill me) she is my maternal grandmother and literally the life of all her (many) grandchildren.

In my family we are not big party people, but, we do love to share in family gatherings whether for birthdays or other holidays such as Mother's Day. However, something we always do is to celebrate as much as possible the anniversaries of my grandmother's life, and together we make her feel our affection with small gifts and of course with our company.

Para este día nos encargamos de preparar una rica comida para compartir, y alistamos unas cuantas tortas para cantar cumpleaños unas tres veces como es costumbre en mi familia jajajaja, una de las tortas la compramos en una pastelería y las otros dos fueron hechas por una de mis tías.

A esta celebración acudimos nietos, sobrinos, hijos y yernos. Escuchamos música durante toda la reunión y luego de cortar la torta nos reímos mucho con las ocurrencias de mi abuela, los bailes chistosos de los mas pequeños de la familia pero, lo más importante fue disfrutar del calor de la compañía del otro. La familia es un elemento importante en la vida de cada persona, y créame cuando les digo que este tipo de reuniones te recarga el alma.

Hoy agradezco por la vida de mi abuela, por poder disfrutar un año más con ella lleno de salud, amor y felicidad. 💗 ¡Feliz cumpleaños abuela! 🫂❤️

For this day we were in charge of preparing a delicious meal to share, and we prepared some cakes to sing birthdays about three times as it is customary in my family hahahaha, one of the cakes was bought in a bakery and the other two were made by one of my aunts.

This celebration was attended by grandchildren, nephews, nieces, sons and sons-in-law. We listened to music during the whole gathering and after cutting the cake we laughed a lot with my grandmother's witticisms, the funny dances of the youngest members of the family, but the most important thing was to enjoy the warmth of each other's company. Family is an important element in every person's life, and believe me when I tell you that this kind of reunion recharges your soul.

Today I am thankful for my grandmother's life, for being able to enjoy another year with her full of health, love and happiness. 💗 Happy birthday grandma! 🫂❤️
