One of the things that we have to take into account when harvesting any type of fruit is that they are fully developed and therefore well done, in such a way that when they are taken down from the bush they can mature to their fullness and are completely healthy. .

But sometimes there are cases that circumstances force us to harvest them ahead of time, as is the case that happened to me with a banana receipt, that I had to harvest it before it was completely done, since the plant grew very weak and due to action because of the strong winds it fell to the ground, so I had to hold the bunch still a little jojoto, hoping to be able to take advantage of it for something, or that it would be completely achieved, although very small.
