It seems like a pretty big island if it can accommodate passengers from at least 2 cruise ships. I imagine the activities are pretty much the same as on board but on a larger scale where they can charge you an arm and an leg for.

There were food stations all over serving the same meal that was being served on the ship that day,

Did you have to pay for this as well or was that free?

Yeah the island was quite large so there was a ton of space and tons of chairs in different areas. You didn't have to pay for the food, it was essentially the same buffet as the ship. That would be ridiculous though if they did charge people. No one would eat on the island, everyone would just go back to the ship.
