Mirador Ciudad Orinoco /Orinoco City Viewpoint

En mi reciente visita a Ciudad Orinoco, me sumergi en la esencia de este lugar , recorrí sus calles conociendo su gente y su historia, pero fue la visita al mirador lo que me dejó sin aliento.

Desde allí, la vista era simplemente espectacular. El majestuoso río Orinoco se extendía ante mis ojos, y al otro lado, Ciudad Bolívar se alzaba como un espejo de la historia venezolana, dos ciudades hermanas separadas por el río, pero unidas por el destino.

Lo que más me llamó la atención fue el constante ir y venir de las lanchas. Desde Ciudad Orinoco, podía ver cómo las personas cruzaban el río hacia Ciudad Bolívar, y viceversa. Un servicio esencial prestado por los lancheros, quienes con valentía y destreza desafían las corrientes del Orinoco. Cada viaje es una pequeña aventura, un testimonio de la conexión vital entre estas dos ciudades.

Ciudad Orinoco, perteneciente al estado Anzoátegui, me regaló una experiencia inolvidable. La combinación de su gente, su historia y sus paisajes la convierten en un destino que merece ser explorado y apreciado.

In my recent visit to Ciudad Orinoco, I immersed myself in the essence of this place, I walked its streets knowing its people and its history, but it was the visit to the viewpoint that took my breath away.

From there, the view was simply spectacular. The majestic Orinoco River stretched before my eyes, and on the other side, Ciudad Bolivar stood like a mirror of Venezuelan history, two sister cities separated by the river, but united by destiny.

What caught my attention the most was the constant coming and going of the boats. From Ciudad Orinoco, I could see how people crossed the river to Ciudad Bolivar, and vice versa. An essential service provided by the boatmen, who bravely and skillfully defy the currents of the Orinoco. Each trip is a small adventure, a testimony of the vital connection between these two cities.

Ciudad Orinoco, belonging to the state of Anzoátegui, gave me an unforgettable experience. The combination of its people, its history and its landscapes make it a destination that deserves to be explored and appreciated.
