RE: What kind of service you would seek in a Car spa ?

It has a fancy name, and looks wise also very modern. But as you said, they must integrate the professional service with physical facility, after all, it's a service. I hope they take your feedback, they should instead keep a feedback register and implement and improve based on those feedback. People participation does help.
