Hi all 👋🏻

Today I want to share some more of my RECENT adventures of traveling to the States in the form of: “West-Stockbridge’s little Card #Pond at the start of autumn” 🍂🍁🍂🍁🍂🍁

Today’s selection will be of 10 photographs, where I take you along on a visit to ”West-Stockbridge - #Massachusetts.

I visited this area on 27 September and it is part of my trip around some New England States in the USA 23 September - 9 October 2022 🇺🇸 😊

The Photographs in this post are taken with my new #Canon R5 with 24 - 105 mm lens. 😎 It was the second day of using it.

I will follow the time stamps on my photographs. So it looks like you are walking along with me on this #walk around the little Pond 💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻 #discovering everything and seeing the little #details through my eyes. 😊

As you can see it is also a swimming area 🏊🏻‍♀️🏊🏻🏊🏻‍♂️
We were on a road trip that day to discover new areas and stopped at a few places… this was a great stop to walk around a bit.

Let’s start our WALK now:

After we parked our car… we walked towards the pond’s edge to take it all in.

Looking over the pond we see the beginnings of the fall colours 🍂🍁🍂🍁

Next to us we see a picnic table. With some stunning views from it.

Walking towards it, we get this view: 🥰😎🍂🍁

Next to the table there is a little path through the trees and vegetation 🌳🌳🍂🍁🍃🌱

We walk further…

The leaves crunch under our feet… 🍂🍂🍂🍂

What a joy to walk over them… one gets that true autumnal feeling 😊😎🤩

A little bit further we look over the pond and see the reflections… 😎

Isn’t this pond cute 🥰

I can imagine that it must be a wonderful spot to swim in the summer… and in the winter for some brave souls hahaha 🤣 🏊🏻‍♀️

How are you dear friend @littlebee4 good day
What a beautiful place you chose for this walk, I love the vivid colors of autumn, I would spend the whole day sitting on that picnic table looking at the lake, especially at sunset

Thank you so much @sjarvie5 😊👋🏻 Loved our trip… we were at the beginning of all the fall colour changes and it was already stunning. It was a true adventure driving around a few states. 😎
Wished it could have lasted a bit longer..l but we always wish holidays to last longer hehehe 🤭

It was a great walk @hoosie 😊 it was so cool to be there at the beginning of the change of the leaves. And see it getting more and more yellow and red during our stay.

I love autumn photos (here we don't have anything like autumn, it either rains too much or not at all)... I love them too. And like you, here in southern Spain we don’t have autumnal changes in the leaves.
I always loved it when I lived in the Netherlands and Germany… something I do miss. The 4 full seasons.
As it is truly beautiful to see the autumn 🍂 🍁🍂 happy we did on our holidays.
We are about to move again soon. We move out of Spain again and we will go back to 4 seasons.
My 6th country I move to, to live. So exciting times ahead.

Very cool pond especially with the fall's colors... And in the winter, it would be more ice skating than swimming for me except if there is a sauna hidden behind these trees 😀

Wow, I had not even thought of the possibility of it freezing over in the winter. Of course that will happen. Hahaha 🤣
I haven’t seen a sauna hiding, but there is some kind of building on the other side. So who knows 😉😎
