Hi all 👋🏻

With this post in our lovely #community this Friday for the #MarketFriday by @dswigle - Denise I will show you our flight out of Spain 📦📦📦🚛🚛 for our country move… 🗺

These 28 photographs are all taken with my #iPhone 🤓 last Monday 19 December 2022 📱

Some of you already know what I was doing during the last week… if you don’t know yet;
We are moving, and are still in transit of our country move. (Probably until mid January…)
We left Spain 🇪🇸 last Monday and at the moment we are visiting family and friends in the UK 🇬🇧 For the holiday season 🎄😉 also until I find a rental in our country of destination 🏡 and we travel further ✈️

So please bear with me… when I’m not that active lately and in the coming weeks.
Don’t worry, I will still show up everyday, as how can I not 🐝🐝🐝. I will be just a little less active…

Let me show you our next adventures and last moments in SPAIN 🇪🇸

Monday morning I have put all the suitcases together… for this photo. 🧳🧳🧳🧳

We left our accommodation in Málaga city around 8:20am in the morning via #TAXI 🚕

The sun was rising in the distance when we drove towards to airport so I just had to capture this last one 😉

The taxi drives past the airport towards the entrance… 🚕🚕🚕

After dropping of our checked in luggage 🧳 we walk through the security section of the airport in Málaga.

We decided we need a drink 😉 after all of this, this morning, so we go into:

Of course I had to get a cappuccino as you know I love them 🥰 they had almost my name right hehehe 🤭

After that we walk further and go through the next checked section, the border control leaving The EU.

We walk past this work out section… if you are very early… this is nice to have around. Don’t you think? 😎💪🏻

We see some photos on the walls in the waiting area. T2 - C gates.

All are depicting areas of Málaga city 🌆 🇪🇸🥰

On the screens we see it’s now 11:03am and outside temperature is 20,5 degrees Celsius ☀️☀️☀️

I don’t know when I will have those temperatures again… 😉 as our destination country will have snow ⛄️ this season… 😎 nope… still not telling you 🫣

When the #airplane is ready for us to #board… I take this photo while walking towards it. ✈️🤓

On the other side I take a photo from the front of the airplane ✈️ I see the captain getting ready. 🤓

In the plane… out of the window I take a photo of my view 😎

Luckily the plane isn’t too full this time 😊 always nice when that happens.

Rolling over the airport to get ready for take off…

BYE BYE AIRPORT 👋🏻👋🏻 BYE BYE MÁLAGA AND SPAIN 🇪🇸 They were 7 great years 😊🤗🎉

And we are in the air ✈️

Going over Plaza Mayor - a large shopping area. 🛍🛍🛍

Last views of Málaga and surroundings…

In the distance I see the La Maroma mountain covered in snow 🏔, I lived close to it for a while 😎 twice actually… hahaha 🤣 yep I do move a lot.

Little bit further we see rough mountain ranges… ⛰🏔

I see clouds that are cuddling the valleys in Spain 🇪🇸

After a few hours flight ✈️ We land in England 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿

Rolling towards the airport building…

Going through security… and after that…
Waiting for our luggage.

And BIRMINGHAM welcomes us 👋🏻👋🏻

We are in England… 😎
Hubby’s family did pick us up and we drove about 1,5 hours towards their house.

UNTIL WE TRAVEL FURTHER 😉🤓

We were lucky and had no strikes on Monday. (I’m hearing lots of strikes going on)
Thanks, staying at my in-laws and having a great time so far here in England 😉
Soon I reveal more… it will be January before we move further as we hear nothing from rentals until after 4 January. But all good. More time to spend in England and explore a bit 😎

Yes, I was so happy about that, not to many people around and no full plane ✈️
Where I am now in England no snow… it melted just before I landed hehehe 🤭 , maybe later on we get some new snow ❄️ I will have to wait. I won’t be traveling further until somewhere mid January.

Woo-hoo! You made it! The wait to move from country to country is always a forever wait until you do and then life spins up pretty quickly. It is such a dance to get on a plane, long gone are the days that you could just hop on and go. You cannot beat those views, though! Did you live near the mountains? BTW: small plane!

Wwooohhhooooo I did make it out of Spain ✈️😎
Yes, it feels exactly like that. And indeed you can’t just hop on and of. So much more happens in between.
I love the views out of airplanes and I’m always taking photos 😉
In Spain I moved around 14 times in 7 years hehehe 🤭 most times where along the coast. One time far inland in the mountains and 2 times about 1 hour drive to the coast in the mountains. Loved both, coast and mountains.
Think the plane was a 300 passenger one. So not too small or big.

Adiós España 👋🏻 On to new adventures!
Yes, it was arranged well, unconsciously actually hehehe 🤭
You know, I have planned for the next 4 days. Nothing further than that, we go with the flow now. And as soon as a rental is confirmed we take our next steps. Nothing will happen on that front until after the 4th of January. 🤓The agencies closed for the holidays… so we will move further after that.

So happy to be near and I am proud of what I have achieved this year on many fronts 🤗😊

Nope, the temperatures don’t come even close to what the temps in Spain were. Lots of layers help… hehehe 🤭 luckily the houses have heating here. Southern Spain doesn’t.

Hahaha thanks @grindle 😊👋🏻 Let me tell you… we won’t stay in England 😉😊 our move is not done yet. Hahaha 🤣 just visiting family (my in-laws) and friends for the holidays 🎄🎅🏻☃️
We travel further somewhere in January ✈️🚗 maybe I surprise you a bit… where we will end up.
Not sure when though… we have no plan (yet) still waiting on finding a rental remote. 🍀🍀

It is indeed a special trip… it doesn’t feel like we moved yet, as it is more like a holiday visiting the in-laws and also because it takes a bit longer before we travel further to our destination 👋🏻😊
