For my next post in our lovely community this Friday for the #MarketFriday by @dswigle - Denise. I will show you some photographs of a visit to Estepona for dinner, a walk around and how you should NOT PARK your car 🚗 😉🤭🤣😂

We drove to Estepona for an evenings dinner in one of our favourite steak restaurants. I want to show you something #FUNNY first before the rest.
As most parking areas were full, we parked further down in the newly created parking area. Getting out of the car to walk into the town we saw this: 😳
Looking ahead I noticed more…
Let me show you HOW NOT TO PARK YOUR CAR:
Everywhere we looked we saw people drove their car over the poles 🫣
Just crazy… hahaha we had a laugh 🤣😂🤣
Walking further we cross the dry river bed. This is looking inland.
Reaching the town I noticed this new roundabout and point it out to you. They have been working on it forever…

We reached now the restaurant. Hope you like the food. 😉

It is an Argentinian grill restaurant.
We ordered some drinks. I ordered a Tinto de Verano again 🍷🍷 what would be your choice?
The waiter suggest for us to share a steak 🤓
Our dinner arrived :

And some fries 🍟 on the side.
It was delicious… 🥰😎 and this time I didn’t forget to take photos of the food 😉🤭🤣
A look towards the inside were the waiters get the food. We did eat outside on the terrace 😊
On the side of the building you could see the grill where they prepare the meat 🥩
After dinner we decided to walk a bit further…
Restaurants are still buzzing as the temperatures are high and holiday makers are not all gone yet. ☀️
We see now the new roundabout with the lights on during night time 😎 very pretty in purple.
We decided to walk a little bit along the seafront over the boulevard and boardwalk 😄 are you joining?
Looking back at Estepona’s lights… and I just caught the lighthouse shining over the Mediterranean Sea 😎

On our way back over the boardwalk I was catching the balustrade. (I lightened it a bit for you to see better)

@littlebee4, Here is the parking lot! hope all is well with you? The trip to the cafe was interesting. If it wasn't for this parking incident. It could cause big problems.
Crazy right @deliberate to see all those cars parking on top of those poles. Bad drivers, and not even noticing it.
All is well, moving house the next 3 days 📦📦📦 so busy times.

Always good meat in Argentine restaurants (a dream to go one day to visit Buenos Aires)... a little red wine to go with this steak, but I'd stay local, there must be very good red wines in Spain. Good idea the digestive walk after 😀

Now that I have stopped laughing, I can relook at this steak dinner. Your restaurant has a nice atmosphere to it, the lights in the kitchen make me think it was a calm, nicely lit place. I haven't had french fried with a steak in a long time. Yummy! I usually opt to make a potato or sweet potato dish. Or plain... okay, enough about me. It was truly a nice night for a walk and what a view you give us!
Oh, I am so happy to live near water too, there is something so peaceful listening to the sounds of the water playing the back and forth song of the tide. Thank you for taking us with you and for giving us a little bit of laughter! It was a lot of fun!

I know… soooo hilarious I just had to stop for a moment and look around and take some photos hahaha 🤣 it made us LOL for sure… hahaha
No proper lines or anything. The bricks are horrible to walk on. I saw a couple struggling with their child push chair.
So many people just parked right on top of it. The parking spaces are long. So the cars don’t need to go that far back. But all do somehow hahaha
The restaurant is a cute little place. It is actually located in 2 buildings on opposite corners. The waiters walk between them.

When I cook steak at home I tend to make baked potatoes in the oven with aluminium foil 😁 second option fries.
It was a great night to just be out for a moment in between packing.
Peaceful and not busy anymore. A little but nothing like last month. So we enjoyed it. And I haven’t been out much lately, as you know so extra special.

We picked up the keys yesterday and brought the breakables. 💃🏻💃🏻😉
Today the plants and packing the last things. We manage all right in time for the movers tomorrow.
We emptied a bedroom for all boxes 📦 to put until the big move.

Crazy, isn't it? They even know that when there are no guidelines, people will do the best they can. I would have taken photos too! I would not have been able to resist! It is almost ridiculous to look down the aisle and see that long line of broken ones. :))
Isn't it nice when it goes back to being normal? Although normal has become busy here. There really is no break in between seasons anymore.
