Today I want to share with you a large StreetArt find I found in Jerez de La Frontera, Spain 🇪🇸 I found this work in a shopping mall on the ceiling in a circle on 18 November 2022.

Wow - that looks quite incredible. The amount of detail is impressive - it must have taken ages.

I’m not up and running yet. And still ill but there is improvement. When I’m sick it always takes longer then with others, as I have a weakened immune system. Bit will be fine soon 🤞🏻🍀😉
What ever happens, I’m enjoying the new year. As all is new… and Thursday we travel further… but won’t reach the end destination until the 16th 😃

Get lots of sleep and diverse, nutrient-dense foods. I've been involved in health and healing all my life, and I would say that immune systems can be strengthened. I try to rest as much as I can, and keep eating healthy.
I wish I found something that would work for me. I do have an autoimmune disease. So it is tricky… I’m attacking my own body every moment.
Hope I will be fit enough to do what we need to do, to travel further.
To bad you are too far away 😊 thanks for that my friend.
Let’s hope for that. After about a 4 hour journey we stay in the first place for 2 nights… it gives me more time in between to recover more 😎 I’m not pushing the limits. As I know better 😉

Thank you for sharing that Jackie. I understand. Plants and fungi with adaptogenic properties would be very helpful, as they balance the entire system, wherever and however it's our of balance, whether it's over reacting or under reacting. Aloe juice mixed with kefir and kombucha could help too, as that gets the intestinal tract back in a good place, and modulates the immune system. I so hope that your journey goes well dear @littlebee4! Thank you! I was up past 1AM finishing Hive tasks last night, so I could use more sleep, but I'm feeling pretry good! Funny really that you thought that already… and that strangest part is that you got dizzy too… again… can’t explain the connection, but there has to be one… 🤔

I was really bad for a few days, but I feel I am recovering now. Had to go to the post office today.
Guess what… I finished (struggling for a few days) my residency application 🍀🤞🏻 Now it’s on it’s way… posted about it.
Let’s hope I hear something soon… and I will be fit again next week. As I need to do a lot and start traveling further soon 😉

Wow this looks like a postmodern fresco par excellence! In a mall and done in the very cartoonish style, I cannot think of a better example of postmodernism! Love it. Thanks for sharing this! Maybe one day in the future someone will stumble upon this ruined mall and think: who could have made this stunning piece of art! Funny to think about it in that sense.

That’s indeed an interesting way to think about this mall and artwork.
I think about that with my murals that I painted here and there on walls of restaurants, villas and hotels.
The ones that are painted over… maybe one day, somebody will find it again under some layers hehehe 🤭
