This looks like a nice spot to sit back and relax but not in winter. The rushing sound of the water was loud on account of the storms and melting snow. I'm at a loss as to why they only put one chair there, but I'm sure there's a perfectly reasonable explanation.

It was rushing loudly at that moment, but I imagine in a warm summer day, it's probably a gently sounding stream.
Ah! It would be warm and soothing by summer. Also those trees will give good shades.
