Canada's great sprint on the World Cup stage has come to an end at the hands of Morocco. What a thrilling finale to a dream come true. The team was missing a few key players and had to play outside of their hosting home base, but they performed admirably to make it to the round of 16.
Nothing has brought this nation together in recent memory as this event. Soccer, or football if you will, is not everyone's cup of tea in the great white north, but it has bonded those who follow it in incredible ways, and for that I say ole, ole, ole!

I haven’t been able to watch any of the World Cup due to family commitments, but yes… it always brings nations together, and it does the same in Argentina too. Great photo!
