Enjoying the blessings of the sea

This time I am encouraged to share some images made from my cell phone, it is always a little scary to go through some communities, but I have always said that we should try and not just be left with the bad taste that we did not do it, that we are paralyzed by comments or some situations that do not let us move forward

The electricity and internet service has not been easy and to add more tension the language translator is failing. I decided to write from my cell phone and here I am

Yesterday we went on a trip to the beach. At first we were going to enjoy the beach at the naval base in Puerto Cabello. To our surprise the facilities were occupied by the military high command with a visit of a foreign president. But, we were not discouraged since beaches are what we had plenty of in our country Venezuela

We armed ourselves with stories, jokes, and a lot of joy to continue our walk

I was born in that port, but I always like to wait for others to decide, you know, so as not to pretend that I know it all

All in all it was a great choice. The water was crystal clear, with a pretty special temperature. I love going to the beach on Saturdays, there are not so many people and we can be better served at lunchtime

Most of the people traveling are ladies, the driver is one of the gentlemen and one or two men are husbands. It is nice to travel with these people, they are very kind, respectful, and make me feel like family of how much fun we had

Lunch time came, many of the people spent all day eating; definitely many people go just to the beach to eat. Eating for them is a great pleasure

I love hearing the anecdotes from the older people it makes me feel like I'm on the right track, going out and enjoying myself I feel like I'm on the right track

I feel these walks are great preventative therapy for my physical and mental health

I don't want to make you suffer, but the fish was very tasty, actually most of the meals seem divine to me, and if by any chance I don't make them, they seem better
