A relaxed Saturday

In this opportunity I want you to be delighted with this variety of colors, this range of green and blue are wonderful, it is a great blessing to be able to enjoy these mixtures, but really it is of greater gratitude to be able to see. I never get tired of enjoying the beach, every month I visit these spaces where I feel that I am re-potentiated

On Saturday I was able to go out with a group of friends, full of energy, it is always nice to share these moments with nice people, those people well called vitamins, they make us feel strong, they empower us and give us part of what they are.

Yesterday between laughter, stories, anecdotes of great value for each of the travelers we were able to understand each story, moments that have lived very strong, but they have overcome them.

The loss of a child, a husband or two, that is, being widowed twice, the loss of a loved one, being alone in a country, with these walks we can establish new friendships, understand that we all go through difficult situations, but those situations will help others who listen to them, without many protocols we could share antipasto, cookies, chicken, cassava, fresh, drinks with some alcohol, but in a very balanced way

In the sea everything is more beautiful, thoughts can be renewed, we oxygenate the brain, we let ourselves be enveloped by glances, we let ourselves be seduced by the waves, breathing is something that renews our thoughts, poetry takes over our inspiration, I love to imagine that I am with my loved ones, I go to the childhood of my children and mine as well
