Forest Views by Lake Beloye 🌻🐚

Today, I decided to take a little escape to Lake Beloye. The weather was perfect the sky stretched wide and blue, and the summer air felt crisp and refreshing. As soon as I arrived, I was greeted by the calm reflection of the sky on the water’s surface. Some people were sitting by the lakeside, picnicking, sunbathing, or quietly reading. The atmosphere was peaceful, as if time itself slowed down here.

After spending a moment by the water, I took a walk along a path lined with tall trees. The leaves danced gently in the wind, and scattered flowers in every color brightened the trail. I stopped a few times to breathe in the sweet scent of wildflowers, feeling grateful for this simple beauty around me.

It turns out, I wasn’t the only one who chose to spend my Sunday this way. Many people came to enjoy nature too — some with their families, others with friends or lovers, and some, like me, wandering alone. People brought picnic baskets, flasks of hot coffee, and little snacks to share. It felt heartwarming to see everyone appreciating the simple things without rush or noise, just nature and good company.

A lot of people were cycling around the forest paths as well. The trail was wide enough for both walkers and bikers to share, and each time a bicycle passed, I’d exchange a soft smile. Children ran around chasing butterflies, and a few groups of people were busy taking photos of the wildflowers and plants growing along the way.

I kept walking with no clear destination, just following where the path would take me. Sometimes I’d find an old wooden bench surrounded by flowering bushes, the perfect spot to pause and let my thoughts wander. It felt so good to be free from routines, from screens, and from the city’s noise. Nature felt like a warm embrace today.

Before I knew it, the sun began to lower in the sky, casting golden rays through the trees and painting beautiful shadows on the ground. I made my way back to the lake, took a deep breath, and felt thankful for this kind of day. Maybe I’ll come back next week or whenever I need nature’s hug like this again.
