Discovering the Calm Side of Moscow..
I recently visited Beloye Lake, a well-known spot on the outskirts of Moscow. My trip started from Mendeleyevskaya metro station, then I got off at Vykhino and continued by bus 79 to the location. Along the way, I was amazed by how peaceful and green the outskirts of Moscow are, so different from the busy city center. The scenery was beautiful, and I couldn’t help but admire the calm atmosphere far from the noise of downtown.
As I made my way to the lake, I passed rows of small, charming houses — something you rarely see in the heart of Moscow. These homes were surrounded by little gardens and tall trees, making the air feel fresh and the surroundings so serene. It felt like a completely different world compared to the crowded streets and tall buildings of the city.
When I arrived at Beloye Lake, I was greeted by a lovely view and an artificial beach by the water. Many people were there sunbathing, swimming, or simply relaxing and enjoying the natural scenery. The atmosphere was very cheerful, with kids playing in the water and families having picnics by the lake. I took my time walking around, enjoying the cool breeze and the calmness of the water.
I truly fell in love with this place, especially the neat and quiet residential areas nearby. It made me wish I could have a little house in a place like this one day. I promised myself that I would definitely come back, maybe when summer is in full swing, to explore more of Beloye Lake and enjoy the beauty of nature outside the busy Moscow streets.
I'd love to go to Moscow soon. Seems like a really beautiful place with so much life to it. From the architecture of the past to the quiet gardens of today.
this is one of the calming places
