[ENGLISH] Anolis porcatus is a species of lizard of the family Polychrotidae, of small size, green coloration and vulgarly called, erroneously, chameleon, since it has no relation some with the chameleonids.
This animal generally lives in the Antilles, in a warm and green climate that is conducive to its life cycle. In addition, it finds its food in these places: insects, be they mosquitoes, midges, moths or small spiders.

Very nice lizards, and your post is what I envisioned when I started the Nature Observer community.
Date, exact GPS location, photo, link to iNaturalist and that Latin name.
I'm so glad I'm not the only such contributor...😀
To be fair @teungkulik also gave the location and time. Thank you!

What a perfect click my dear friend! Sometimes feel very relaxed to see the beauty of insect, Birds even flowers too that is captured by DSLR camera. Many time I made plan to purchase DSLR camera to shoot some macro specially insects but finally have to postpone it . To be honest I feel uneasy because I am not a professional photographer.. lol.
Out of curiosity just want to ask from how far the picture of this lizard has been taken. Can we take a clear vision like this lizard from 28 or 30 meter distance from Nikon D500.
Thank you very much..
Have a nice day 😊
Hello dear friend, I am an amateur photographer, I started taking photos with my cell phone for the #ive communities and actually I was not very happy with the quality of the photos, so I invested and bought me first a Nikon D5000 camera and then I bought a 55-200mm nikkor lens, which is the one I use to take my photographs, because it allows me to make the lens, believe me that the differences in the quality of the photo between a cell phone and a camera are marked .
As I dedicate a lot of time to #hive, I have been very happy with the purchase of my camera.
The.distance of those photos was about 3 or 4 meters and they were without tripod, by lonque tube you have to have a lot of patience to achieve quality in them.
I hope I have answered your answer, thank you for commenting and taking your time to eacribe a few words to my post, nice to meet you, kind regards
Thanks for brief explanation my dear friend..
Yes I am happy with your nice input. Almost this is the situation of most users of this blockchain making post or sharing capture images from cell phone. I too doing that but in coming days I will enjoy DSLR lense, especially in summer vacation because there be plenty of time for outdoor visit.
