Una de los grandes retos que tengo actualmente conmigo misma es lograr ser mas productiva, últimamente me da mucha fatiga, ganas de dormir mucho por temas no se si de cansancio, pero el tema es que necesito mas energía. Siempre me miento a mi misma diciendo "Mañana empiezo a hacer ejercicio" no saben cuanto quiero hacerlo, pero siempre me ocupo o simplemente no me dan ganas, de los mayores retos que he enfrentado en cuanto a rutina es empezar hacer ejercicio.
